Shipping Destinations

We ship to addresses across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we are working on expanding our reach to serve our global customers soon.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹5,000. For orders below ₹5,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be applied at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on your location:
Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
Non-Metro Cities: 4-7 business days
Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status through our website or the courier partner's tracking portal.

Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted courier services including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping charges will be applicable for re-shipping the order.

Delayed Shipments

In the event of unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will keep you informed via email or SMS about the status of your order.
